Title of work: "Dialogue and Process"

A crowdfunding campaign has been launched for a project titled "We want to open an art space in Matsumoto where people with all kinds of differences can connect" at the Matsumoto Art Center in Matsumoto City, Nagano Prefecture in 2023.
I also made a donation, although it was a small amount.
This time, I took part in an exhibition held as a return gift.

At that time, I was a third-year high school student and the classrooms at the art prep school where I attended every day were going to be turned into an art space.

I thought to myself, "I have to make a donation," so I decided to participate.
I kind of chose sculpture to learn how to sculpt horses,

I wanted to show my current self to my former teacher, Mr. Kitazawa.

I thought it would be interesting to display the process of carving a horse, so I made this.

The words of my teacher that still remain in my heart are, "Nature can teach us everything."
I still feel like I'm only seeing what I want to see.

It will probably take some time before I can control myself enough to make such decisions.
